How do I duplicate my key with a key I purchase from your site?
Take your original key along with the key blank that you purchase form Hardcorekeys.com to your local locksmith for duplication. If you live on Long Island you can come by to our shop to get the key blank cut FREE of charge.
How can I tell if a key can be modified for my motorcycle?
Any of our keys can be made for any Motorcycle key that uses a blade or barrel/tubular key. You will simply need to give us your Year/Make/Model of your bike at the time of your order so that we can ensure that the proper blade is attached to your custom key.
For our Hardcore Keys, these too can be customized for any blade key or Barrel key. As with the 3D keys, please specify the Year/Make/Model of your bike at the time of purchase. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to shoot us an email.
How can I tell which house key blank I have?
All house keys can be identified by simply looking at the shape of the key head or key bow. HardCoreKeys.com produces key blanks for Schlage (SC1), and Kwikset (KW1). These keyways will fit almost all residential locks on the market in the United States. Most of these popular keys have a keyway identifying number stamped on the keys key bow. For example, a Schlage SC1 key blank will most likely have SC1 stamped into the key bow. If you cannot find an identifying number on the key bow, than simply use the shape of the key bow to identify your key or if you need further assistance please contact us at info@hardcorekeys.com.
Can you make custom designed keys?
We can make custom designs but a minimum of 100 pieces are required to do so. Please email info@hardcorekeys.com with details. We would also need a sample piece or drawing of your design to accomplish this.
